Account Deletion & Data Removal
At ALIGNMETRIX, you have full control over your personal data, including the option to permanently delete your account.
Account deletion is self-serve and completed directly within the ALIGNMETRIX mobile app, without requiring contact with support.
How to Delete Your Account
Users can delete their account by following these steps:
- Log in to the ALIGNMETRIX app.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Select Delete Account.
- Subscription Check: If you have an active subscription, you will be asked to confirm cancellation before account deletion is completed.
- Security Confirmation: To confirm, type delete in the input field.
- Finalize: Click the delete account button.
Data Removal & Retention
When you delete your account, ALIGNMETRIX permanently removes all associated personal data, including profile information and in-app activity.
This action is irreversible.
ALIGNMETRIX may retain fully de-identified or aggregated data for system integrity, analytics, security, or legal compliance. This data cannot be used to identify you.
